Music channel videos won’t play once channel loads

Music videos won’t play once channel loads like on “House Floor”, Deep House”, “Ibiza Global Radio”, etc. It’s a Hisense roku TV and for about the past two wheels the channels will load, but when I select a video to play from those channels it will begin to load and stop and send me back to home screen

Do you have the same problem playing programs on other non-music-video channels?

First thing I would try would be to restart the Roku TV via Settings > System > Power > System restart.  (This is not the same thing as just turning the TV off and back on.)

Have you checked to see if your ROKU has updates that need to be downloaded?
