Solving playback issues

I've been trying to watch the movie Murder by Decree for over a month now and i have not been able to make it past 27 minutes in, when it goes to a loading screen and never loads. I have tried this on 3 different rokus and on numerous days and cannot make it past the same point every time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'll try it later to see if I have the same experience, but have you tried to fast forward past that point to see if it picks up?

Edit:  Yep, it does the same thing for me - right after the guy gets stabbed.  I was able to get past it by using the right arrow button to go a trick play frame or two.  I haven't tried watching more to see if it happens again.

I don't know if Roku has an official way to report such things, but pinging someone like @RokuDanny-R can at least get someone's attention.

A few questions here to better understand what you're experiencing: Does the issue only occur on The Roku Channel or all channels on your Roku device? Does this happen on all movies/shows in the Roku Channel or just specific titles?

It happens on just the roku channel and just that movie, other titles play fine.
