Mirroring works but will not work when hitting enlarge button on cell phone

Mirroring works until I hit enlarge at website and tv cannot down load. The “thinking” button appears on tv. Any ideas?

Need more information:  Roku model #, firmware version, connecting protocol (Miracast or AirPlay), sending device/app, etc.
