I bought a brand new roku cord from roku and it is not powering my roku premiere. I I bought the roku jan 2020. I just keep getting the Low power message. I’ve used several different cords and still doesn’t work. Plugged into different outlets. Any advice?

thanks a ton.the roku will flash white/red. And then a solid red light just showing the low power message on the screen. Not turning on.
