First, I have to say this is the dumbest way to get support.
Second, my Roku premiere says it has low power and to use a wall outlet despite already using a wall outlet with all of Roku's equipment (USB, adaptor, etc.). Plugged it into the TV, that didn't work, tried multiple cords and power adaptors, still didn't work. I haven't even had this stick a full year and it's already dead.
