Loses audio between episodes/movies, very inconsistent

Basically, let's say im watching a series, well sometimes (very inconsistent) it will play audio and well sometimes it just won't and ill have to exit the playback and start it again and sometimes it plays and sometimes it doesn't. it is just hit or miss. This happens with Netflix, Disney+, Prime, HBOMAX... so basically everything. I dont have this issue with any other roku in my house.

Im not running it through any crazy audio setup, it is going directly into my TV and from my TV the audio goes to my system via Optical cable. I tried a few times not routing audio to the amplifier but directly on the TV and problem still persists. Anyone else have this issue?

I can't say I've ever had that problem, but have you tried different settings under Settings->Audio?
