I have a new HiSense RoKu TV 65R6E4, and although I have a new 32GB 2.0 drive installed I get a "Live TV playback is disabled" error every time I turn on the TV. After dismissing the popup the TV Pause seems to be working after a few seconds. Is there a setting I'm missing to make this popup stop?

Some customers have reported that using a smaller capacity USB drive helps in smoother playback when using a USB.
Have you tried using a different small USB thumb drive to see if that helps?

Replaced with a different 16gb 2.0 drive and works well.
I’m using a 16G thumb drive. It will setup and work properly. Next time I turn on tv “usb not found”.
