Latest update 10.5 is a joke. Fix it please!

Over a week! No FIX! Where is it Roku!!

Welcome to **bleep**. Send your story to your favorite tech news outlet because the issues are ongoing and varied for a heck of a lot of people. Two months for some of us. Coming up on a month for me now. They are just going to ask you for more info and to start a tracker so they can look at your data. Just like they've looked at hundreds of others... Look around in the forums for all the issues related to 10.5. Let me get this one for you Danny, Irene, Mary, or whomever, "can you give us some more detailed info about the error message and how you can reproduce it along with your model number, serial, open a tracker by hitting home five times and back five times and send us the ID. Thanks!" 🤣

I rarely use my ROKU upstairs but turned it on tonight. I saw a message that my 3930X ROKU Express / SN: S008305CC0EA had been updated. I (usually) like updates but then I realized that since the update, it locks up / freezes after three clicks of my remote. I tried doing a full reset, but now I can't connect to the Internet because it takes more than three clicks to connect.

In short, ROKU just rendered my ROKU device useless with their update.

 

Now what, ROKU? Care to send a replacement to me? Or at least $30.
