I rarely use my ROKU upstairs but turned it on tonight. I saw a message that my 3930X ROKU Express / SN: S008305CC0EA had been updated. I (usually) like updates but then I realized that since the update, it locks up / freezes after three clicks of my remote. I tried doing a full reset, but now I can't connect to the Internet because it takes more than three clicks to connect.
In short, ROKU just rendered my ROKU device useless with their update.
Now what, ROKU? Care to send a replacement to me? Or at least $30.
