@Boud can we assume that the sound works on all other content, both on The Roku Channel and elsewhere? Is your Roku connected directly to a TV, or is there a soundbar or AVR in the chain? Exactly what model Roku do you have?

Yes, the ROKU is connected directly to the TV, all other channels etc work.
This is an issue with the movie itself, not the device.
Check the audio settings on your device. I doubt that it’s the movie itself.
I’m into videotapes and old electronics stuff, including extenders, converters and analog 4:3 TV sets (which are obsolete these days), and Miss Bianca is my favorite character in Disney’s The Rescuers (1977) and its sequel, The Rescuers Down Under (1990). I am not a Roku employee, only a user like you. ~ Jordan
