Thank you. That is the most recent version of the Express+, so I certainly wouldn't expect it to be doing that. If you've owned it for less than a year, you might consider asking Roku for a warranty replacement. If you're beyond that, and system restarts (either using the restart under the menu or pulling the power for at least 30 seconds) haven't offered any change, it might be worth the effort to do a factory reset. Just remember that you have to set everything back up after you link it back to your account. All your channels will be reinstalled, but any user login credentials will have to be entered again.
I can give an example of when a factory reset did work. My DSL modem is fairly new, and was working fine. But after we had a local power failure, it began having issues on almost a daily basis. It would say it was connected, but nothing would pass through. I finally did a factory reset, and it's now been several months without a hiccup. I can't really explain why a reset will clear gremlins like that, but sometimes it does.
Of course, if it has suffered some sort of internal failure, the problem will likely continue. At that point, if you're outside the warranty period, it's time for a replacement. Sometimes electronic devices fail, even when they aren't really that old.
