Issues with 4K TV. My Samsung 4K 3D tv won’t display 4K 60Hz one the roku or even 4K.

It is a series 9 4k 3D samsung tv with the model number of UN65F9000. It won’t display 4K for some reason. We have tried trouble shooting, resetting the tv and the roku, and swapping for a better 4K cable. What do I do? Can I get a older 4K hdmi cable (before 2.2)?

What option is selected at Roku menu path Settings > Display type?
