Installed roku. Only youtube will play. Nothing else.

I have followed all the prompts and even did a system reset. I am using a roku express 4K+ on my tv. Only youtube will work. I signed into my hulu and nothing will play on it. If I use a system like ps4 it will play with that login. This is SO disappointing.

Try installing some other free channels on the Roku device and see if they will stream for you.  Try Tubi or the Roku Channel.  If they stream properly, issue may be with your Hulu login.

Also why are we not able to speak to an actual agent in a chat instead of posting to the community. BTW my internet speak works. App will operate fine until I try to stream ANYTHING.

I've tried tubi, the Christmas music channel. I've tried removing and downloading channels. Nothing but the youtube channel will play any video.

Try navigating to Settings...System...System Update [Press OK]

Then do a System Restart.  Settings...System...System Restart.

If this does not resolve issue, something may have gone wrong during the Setup Process.  You may have to perform a Factory Reset and set up the unit again.  Settings...System...Advanced System Settings...Factory Reset.

Final thing I would check is that you are using the supplied power plugged directly into the wall outlet, not to the back of your TV power port.  An underpowered device will not perform properly.  If this is not your issue, I think the factory reset is your best shot.

Feel free to post an update or if you need more help.
