I have a 'Ultra' -strange behavior when I watch Oak Island episodes that 1st episode plays 'normal' - but have to 'reboot' Roku Ultra in order to watch next episode. Audio plays normal - but video 'choppy'.
Hi @Brewster011,

A few questions here to better understand what you're experiencing: Which streaming channels are you experiencing this issue on? Does this happen on all movies/shows or just specific titles? In addition, can you please specify the exact steps you are taking to reproduce this issue so we can investigate further?
With more information, we will be able to assist you further.

Yes- it is on History Channel. I tried episodes of 'Skinwalker Ranch' - and same thing - first episode plays normal - and about 1/4 way through the next episode 'video goes choppy' but audio normal. I have not had chance to try different channels, though. I just decided to post to see if anyone else was experiencing the same. I have a 20meg internet connection on wifi 5G. No trouble playing 4K content (movie).
To finish watching next episode I have to 'restart' the Roku for it to play through normal- that is why I thought it might have to do with devices buffer.
Thanks!
