When I select a TV series episode to play, the Retieving bar displays till it reaches about halfway then am returned to the episode selection screen instead of playing the selected episode.

I want to add to my above post that I am not experiencing the problem with my model 3920X Roku Premiere.
I've been having the same issue since 5/26/21. Went through support with Hulu and he took me through all the suggested steps. No solution. I can watch Hulu on my computer, just not through the Roku. Very frustrating.

-Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times) This just brings me back to the Home menu
-Steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing: Select Hulu, navigate to show, click Play...the green bar will display along with the word : "retrieving" but then it will kick me back to the episode menu

I am having the same issue and have tried all of the suggested steps (deleting Hulu channel, restarting system, reinstalling Hulu channel, checking for system updates, checking for Hulu updates, signing out/signing in). This has affected all 4 of my Roku SE devices (model 2710x). It works fine on my newer Roku, which I believe is a Roku Express or Roku Premiere. This issue began happening last week on May 25th or 26th. The Hulu app opens fine, but when I try to play an episode of a show, it plays a few seconds of it, then stops and takes me back to the Hulu menu. Seems like there is no way to contact a human that works for Roku except through this forum. I paid for a year of Hulu and now I can't even use it on my Roku. Please fix this issue, Roku.

Same here. Uninstall/restart/install routine was ineffective. Have tied everything I've read online multiple times.
Hulu support personnel instructed me to buy a new device (!!!), apparently implying that it's Roku's fault.
App loads, I select a stream - The app briefly states "retrieving"... And then it dumps me back at the Hulu homepage.
