Having the same issue with Hulu and have reloaded the channel. Also if I try to open prime it reboots the entire box. I have a tiki 2 2720x. Hulu just since the last update. Prime has been doing it for weeks now.

It loads, plays for about a second or two and then returns to gray screen that says "Retrieving" before turning into the show/movie main page. -Do you receive any error code or message? "Retrieving" is the only message.
Note: Netflix and BeachbodyonDemand apps work fine, and Hulu works fine on my computer, phone, and ONN TV with the app on it. Just not on my Roku players
After clicking on a show to watch in the Hulu app it will start to load the video then play the station/show's jingle then cut back to the app saying "Retrieving" or will go back to the home screen. With the Amazon app, the sound is off or the video doesn't work. We have three devices that this is happening to. On my Ruko, Hulu opens let's me look around. I start a show it will load play like a second or two then goes back to menu.
Hulu worked fine 2 days before my hubby got mad and deleted it because he is boycotting anything Disney. He didn't know it would remove it from my TV. Put it back on and it work fine for 1 show went to watch next one and this **bleep** started happening. I have done everything thing they say to do and NOTHING, STILL DOESN'T WORK.
This just started a few days ago. App works fine let's me look around when I play a show it stops after 2 seconds and goes back to menu, I have done everything you and help page said (because I can't get ahold of a REAL PERSON WORKING FOR HULU) And still same thing happens.
Help us, if I can't watch it on my TV I don't want to watch on my phone. So Hulu needs to fix this or bye-bye I've been a customer since the beginning!
