Solving playback issues

I have seven Rokus, many generations. They're all having the same problem. An hour of run time, sometimes more, sometimes less, and Hulu+ suddenly exits to the Roku main menu. No warning at all. I've had no luck dealing with Hulu so here I am. Can you pressure them to fix their problem please? If it isn't resolved soon, I'm either going to dump them or you. Or both. There's a lotta noise about the problem in social media. Please look into it.

I tried to uninstall the app on the home screen, restart the roku, then reinstall HULU. Not working.  I am really frustrated. this morning it would stay on about an hour. It seems like it is tripping back to the home scfeen at the start of the next show.

This is happening to me no matter what streaming channel I'm watching. The last couple of days whether it's hulu, peacock, Apple tv, doesn't matter

Try to highlight app on home screen press star then update channel. Problem seems solved. This update was not there til late afternoon yesterday EST. We will see Fox local and cnn were worst glitches and hasn’t happened since I updated.

hi, someone suggested this for me and it seems to have worked.

Highlight Hulu, press the star button and then 'check for updates'

Just got home from surgery.. planned to lie on my back to watch movies.. this SUCKS!! 
Screen is stuck on Intoducing 10.5 page.  Please fix it !!!
