This worked for me, unplug all cords (HDMI, Ethernet and power) for 1 minute and then plug all back in.

Thanks I just tried this method on my t.v. and it did wonders. For a second I thought I was going to have to return the t.v. for a refund.

You can try switching things around Settings>Audio. Since I followed Arielreyes001's suggestion, I've had no issues. Could also be one of your cables depending on how you have it set up (make sure they are fully connected and test your tv with another device to see if it is the Roku/TV/speaker).
