I’ve reset my Wi-Fi and roku. I’ve watched multiple YouTube vids and still no work. Wi-Fi strength is excellent.
Is it only those two channels/apps? Can you access YoutubeTV through the regular Youtube channel/app?
I'm trying to make sure I understand the issue.
You can watch YouTube on your Roku device, but something about Netflix and YouTube TV won't work?
Let's take one of them, Netflix, and see if we can work on that. (YouTube TV has some additional complications behind the scenes, and we can get into all that later.) Right now, what's wrong with Netflix? Do you have it installed on the Roku? What happens when you launch the app? Is there an error message? What is happing with Netflix?
