Solving playback issues

I just got a new Onn. Roku tv and when the tv is off it make a high pitched humming noise when it off. When left for long enough the noise goes away but upon turning the tv off again it makes a similar noise only now jittering like it’s beeping continuously.

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
