I've had the Roku Streaming Stick + (3810, 3811 series) for 3 months, only occasional hdcp error. Fixed them easily as directed. Got one tonight used the tried and true remedies. Now I can't get past the bouncing roku screen. My screen goes static, or green. Cannot get any response from the roku remote. I've unplugged cords, turned of turned back on. I made sure there weren't any loose cables. I'm completely at a loss. I'm not sure if its an issue with my TV, my stick, or a cable is bad. Please help?
Have you tried a different HDMI port? If not, power the TV and Roku down (unplug them) and connect the Stick+ to a different HDMI port. Power up, remembering to switch TV inputs.
If you get the same results with a different HDMI port, it's likely the Roku. If it works, you likely have a bad HDMI port on the TV.

Thanks! Definitely the Roku stick. Maybe 1 port. Old TV and almost constantly streaming on roku what do I expect. Going to reorder.
