Have to unplug every time I go to use it.

Every time I go to use the Roku, I have to unplug and wait 5 minutes and then plug in again.  Some times I have to do that a couple of times.

That's unexpected.

What model number do you have? Settings > System > About

How long have you had it?

Does hitting the Home button and waiting a few seconds not accomplish the same thing?
