Someone else installed my Roku into my old Pioneer TV. Now I am getting the dreaded HDCP Error Detected screen. This happened after Frontier installed my new high speed Internet connection. They say the problem is with Roku. I see the "fix" for this, but since my friend installed this, I have no idea what I am looking for to unplug to resolve this. Are there pictures of the cords and/or connections I need to be looking for?

@Cathie, what's the model number of your Roku from Settings->System->About? Assuming it's not a stick that plugs directly into the TV there's probably only one cable (an HDMI cable) that goes from the Roku to the TV. That's the one you want to disconnect and reconnect or replace altogether.
