Every time I open the app, it shows the icons but will note me move the cursor or select anything, and within a minute it kicks me out of the app. It works on all my other streaming devices but not the roku. Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks for your posts.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote, and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
