Gotham Sports App crashes when you open it.

Has anyone found out any new information about the GS sports app? Is there any new help? GS works great on my PC but not on my ROKU player.

I am having the same issue, contacted Gotham sports last week. I was told the usual,  uninstall then reinstall. It still doesn't work and Gotham sports tech support will not get back to me.

Using a wired internet connection giving me 90 mbps, it crashes for me.  I went to wireless at 300mbps and it works!   I'm going to contact gotham again with this discovery today.  I hope you have the same luck.

I had some luck pressing the Go button twice at the slower speed but not consistent. 

Now that it is working, the video has smoothing issues.  This was fixed under the msg app and I think that was fixed in roku v14.0

  • They put out a,new release but I don't know if it's gotham or roku.

To be able to proceed with the investigation, could you please provide the following information below? 

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
  • Channel build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
  • A video or photo of the incident.
