For about a year now, the Eater channel has been crashing to the home screen on our Onn Roku TV, and lately Netflix as well (starting an episode and trying to adjust the volume seems to first trigger the crashing). Tried everything, updating channels, removing channels and adding them back on. Unplugging the TV for a minute then plugging back in temporarily fixes Netflix problem but it keeps coming right back, doesn't help Eater problem at all. Eater is our favorite channel and it's so hard to watch with the constant crashing, and the issue with Netflix makes us want to cancel our subscription at this point, since we really only use it on the Roku TV. Any permanent solutions?
Hi @LilOwly
Thanks for the inquiry,
Does the issue only occur on a single channel or across other channels on your Roku device?
Have you tried removing the affected channel and then re-install again? If not, we suggest starting there. In some cases, removing the affected channel and then re-installing it may help. Restart your device before re-adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart.

Let us know if there's any difference after.
