ESPN Plus not working with ROKU Premiere anymore

Jump to solution

I get "The requested page is not configured." Restarted ROKU, tried to delete the ESPN app to then reinstall it but there doesn't seem to be a way to delete the app.

Hello! @Dan63,

A friendly welcome from the Roku Community!

We appreciate you reaching out to us. We're pleased to assist.

When you are ready to remove a channel, first determine if the channel has a subscription and whether that subscription is billed to your Roku account.

  1. Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
  2. If prompted, sign in to your Roku account.
  3. Select Manage Your Subscriptions

If the channel you want to remove is listed on this page, the subscription must first be canceled before the channel can be removed from your Roku device.

Removing channels from within your channel lineup

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
  2. Move to the right and highlight the channel you wish to remove.
  3. Press Star on your remote to open the Options menu.
  4. Select the Remove channel and confirm when prompted.

Removing channels from within the Roku Channel Store

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
  2. Select Streaming Channels to open the Channel Store.

  4. Select the Remove channel and confirm the selection when prompted.
