My 3920X Premiere seems to be dead. It doesn't output a signal at all. I've tested it on two different TVs, and swapped power supply/cable - problem stayed with the device. I've tried factory reset and that didn't help. It would be helpful to know if this model has a status LED on the front panel. If it is supposed to, then it is really dead.
Any suggestions on breathing life back into this thing?
If you have tried a new power cable as well as a new power adapter (typical cell phone USB charger 1amp 5 volt) plugged into the wall outlet, and the LED light on front isn't showing white (or at least red), then unit is as you suspect, dead.
