FYI I contacted Disney plus support and they had NO IDEA that there's a problem

We're also having this exact issue. Reinstalled app with a restart in-between, network reset, to no avail.

Same problem here on my Roku devices. Disney+ app is fine on my ISP’s IPTV box and on my Sony tv’s built-in apps (Google tv). The problem is only with Roku. I suspect a bad Disney+ app update was pushed down to Roku devices today. Please fix.

Mine (Roku ultra) is exhibiting the exact same issue and it started some time in the last 8 hours as my kid was watching it successfully on the same TV and device this morning. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps and none of them made a difference either.

The Disney+ app crashes on launch 

The Hulu app, not going through Disney works without issue.

Same issue.  The app works fine on my Roku tv, but all of my other Roku devices are not working for Disney plus.  Figure out the issue please Roku!!!!

Hi there,

My Roku express has suddenly stopped loading the Disney plus app. It was fine six hours ago 😞

The Disney logo appears & then kicks me out to the Roku homepage again.

I've tried:

Checking for updates to the Disney plus app & the Roku. None are available. My Roku last updated last month.

I've reset the Roku by getting it unplugged (I am disabled) & in the settings.

Removing the Disney plus app & re adding it.

Resetting my router.

I'm stuck, I can't get support from Roku & I've tried everything suggested. 

Any ideas?

Same for us. Not working on any Roku device. App works fine on our iPads.

Every time I try to open Disney it very briefly shows the Disney plus logo then sends me back to the home screen, I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, done multiple factory resets and the problem still won't go away. My home internet is up and running and I can use other apps on my TV just not Disney.

I'm having the same issue with my stick my issue ID -VM -466-486 PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO Fix this issue I would like to get it back to working
