Dim screen and no volume!!

I have two Roku Element smart tvs. Both bought two years ago. The 65” screen went dim a couple weeks ago and non of the online tricks are fixing it. The 55” now doesn’t have sound!!! We checked mute and the volume level, those aren’t the issue. Does anybody have a phone number that I can call to see if they can help with these issues? I’m getting very frustrated that neither of these tvs are working.

We're sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing.

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
