Solving playback issues

Having the same trouble with Ask This Old House. Depending episodes instead of ascending. Example, season 10 episode 1, after watching it goes to season 9 episode 24 instead of season 10 episode 2. Can this be fixed also?

Before we continue, could you please let us know which channel you use to access this TV series? In the meantime, we encourage you to check the content to ensure that the episodes in each season are in the correct order. If you find that they are not, we recommend trying the following steps:

Restart your Roku device:

1. Press Home on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
5. Select System restart
