Connection error: we are unable to connect you to the service….

I just finished watching a show, went on to watch another one on my 4K+ and got the error. Logged out of tv provider account and back in via Disney plus account, go multiple layers deep to get to show, starts playback for 5sec and disconnects says I’m not connected to the internet. 

did the same thing on my roku stick and get exact same issue

so messed up & Roku are the biggest **bleep** for support 

please help someone

If you have multiple devices saying they don't have an Internet connection then it's likely there's something wrong with your Internet connection.  Have you tried rebooting/restarting all of your network equipment (gateway/modem/router)?
