Solving playback issues

I just recently bought the Onn brand 32" Blast 2.0 Soundbar. I hooked it up to my tv, which is an Onn Roku TV, and everything setup up fine! It's not playing sound at all. If I turn the volume up or down I get the popup in the top right corner of my screen, and it shows that it's connected. I have my HDMI hooked up to the ARC, I triple checked. All of my sound settings are set up in the ARC and I'm still getting no sound. Anybody have any ideas?

If you have audio coming from your TV when not connecting the soundbar, the issue may be related to your device connection.

Have you tried reaching out to Onn support to see what insight they can provide?
