Color/contrast failing while streaming

All channels are failing to clearly cir/contrast when streaming. Menu screens and music stations look fine. All channels sounded fine but colors were not contrasting correctly. We've factory reset audio/video, made sure software up to date and power cycled. It continues to fail to color correctly. Is the streaming service impacted right now?
