All you have to do is play a video (music or film) from iTunes for Windows. The screen will go haywire - by that I mean thousands of colored vertical stripes that have a ghost of the video behind them. If you are lucky enough to see the X to close the Window, or can close iTunes the display recovers.
I've made sure all drivers and Windows updates are applied. Most recent version of iTunes (188.8.131.52) is installed. I can play video from any other source - Youtube, local file etc.
