Can’t stream goes back to home

Help I paid good money for this unit and it won’t work.

You click on a streaming app and it starts to open then goes back to home page.  I have done everything your community has said to do and it still goes back to home page.

Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings System System restart Restart.

This happens on Apple TV, Netflix, Disney +, even the Roku sound check for the sound bar, woofer, speakers, etc. Basically all of them.  The funny thing is this just started a couple of weeks ago.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
