I keep getting boot d out of all apps and have done all the suggestions for restarting etc.... would love to contact roku directly to get this solved...I'm paying money for these apps and can't play them!

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using?
Have you tried using another HDMI port on your TV as well as trying your device on another TV to see if you are seeing the same issue? How are you powering your Roku device?

I’m not the same person but I am having the same issue. Everything works fine for about 5 min and I get sent back to Home Screen. Have tried all the resets and even went back to factory settings. Checked updates.
roku express. Power unit that came with it. Tv only has one hdmi. Does the same thing on the other tv. Also no speed or dropping WiFi issues. Internet has consistent excellent quality signal.
What’s next?
Roku express. I have two of them and they are doing the same thing. We can watch for maybe 5 minutes then it goes back to the home screen. I've reset everything, reconnected, tried different ports. Nothing works.

Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Once we have this information we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team to investigate further.

I've got a similar problem. I've got 3 Rokus and none of them will stream anything. My one device is 3931X (not sure about the others), but I know it's not just the one device. I've restarted the modem and each Roku and nothing helps.
Addendum: It's every channel I've tried. Paramount Plus, Prime, Netflix, and Disney.
It will play the commercials ahead of things that have them, but when it gets to the show it says "Problem with playback" or the screen just goes black.

Are you able to access other channel's contents? Try removing the channels from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channels back once more.
