Hi, @ornat7810

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.

We appreciate you for letting us know that you've encountered the same issue as posted by the OP, and we acknowledge you for your efforts in taking the time to perform the troubleshooting steps suggested.

For this matter, we recommend reaching out to CalendarStream's support and inquiring further about your experience. This is most likely an issue directly with the app, and the channel provider can address any issues within their app since most channels on the Roku platform are maintained by the channel providers themselves.

We hope for your understanding in this matter.

Best wishes,
Kash

Hi, @bookedmedia

Welcome to the Roku Community.

We see that you are having troubles with the CalendarStream app on your Roku TV, and we're here to assist. We recommend performing a troubleshooting step to successfully setup the app on your Roku TV. Kindly follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
  2. Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
  3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.
  4. You may also refer to this link: How to resolve a channel playback issue | Official Roku Support

We hope this works. Let us know if you still face the same issue after performing the steps above so we can continue to assist you.

Best wishes,
Kash

I had the same issues.  I followed your exact directions, and came up with the same results stating: "Subscription service is currently unavailable, please try again later."  TV is brand new out of the box.

CalendarStream Issues with Roku working on Roku TV

Jump to solution

I am trying to add my calendarstream on my Onn Roku TV.  It comes up with an error saying that subscription service is currently unavailable and to try again later.  I followed online instructions with removing app, restarting tv, then reinstalling app.  It still doesn't work.
