Solving playback issues

Hello and Happy New Year,

I am trying to troubleshoot the Funimation channel on my Roku :

Model 3920X – Roku Premiere
Software Version 10.5.0 Build 4208-91

Their tech support emailed me and asked me to do this :

• We will also need your connection speed information as provided by the Roku Debugger. To turn on the Roku Video Playback Debugger:

o Exit to the home screen.

o On the remote, push Home 5 times, then Rewind 3 times, and then Fast Forward 2 times.

o Select "Enable Playback Debugging".

 I have tried this over and over and over and cannot get it to work !!

 I can access ALL KINDS of other special menus using other key combos I found at this link :
 SECRET MENUS ON YOUR ROKU ,  but not the one I actually need.

 Is there some other way to access or enable the playback debugging feature?

 If someone out there knows how please help.

It would appear they removed that screen.  The other settings there used to limit stream speed, but they haven't been useful for quite a while now.  I guess they just dumped the whole screen.
