Buzzing Sound when streaming

I have a 4670X connected via wireless. Sometimes when I play video or rewind video on Netflix, Hulu or Prime video, I get a loud buzzing noise. I cannot hear dialogue when this happens. The only way to fix this is by rewinding the video and the buzzing goes away.

What could be the issue here?

@smbyrne69

Thanks for the post.

Do you have any external audio devices in your setup? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? Have you tried using another HDMI cable or another HDMI port on your TV to see if the issue persists?

Please keep us posted and we will be able to assist you further.

Thanks,
Danny

Re: Buzzing Sound when streaming

I just got a wired connection for the Roku instead of wireless. I’ll see if that fixes the issue.

Re: Buzzing Sound when streaming

The wired connection didn’t fix the issue. I think the issue lies with the external audio speakers. I’m not having the issue with the TV speakers. I’m going to replace the HDMI cable with a new better one. I’m sure the one that came with the soundbar wasn’t the best quality.
