Hi, I have just bought my second Roku 4k stick and it recognises the Bt Ultimate playback, however when I select 'play' I get a #BT Sport VC011 error message
The only way I can get it to play is by downscaling the Roku screen settings to 1080p? Any idea why? My TV is an LG 4k.
I have just moved house where i could only get 36mbps and the Roku worked fine there.
I am howevrr able to playback 4k content on my other 4k stick on a different 4k TV although the picture stutters.
My new house is on a full fibre upto 500mbs broadband package.
