Solving playback issues

I am using roku express stick. 

TV Is working fine. But when I use roku, roku screen is breaking.

Could you please help me this issues?

The Express and the Stick are totally different devices. That can make a difference regarding the steps to take on this issue.

The Stick does not use an HDMI cable; rather, it plugs directly into an HDMI port on the TV.

Non-stick items, including the Express, use an HDMI cable to connect to the TV. This issue can be caused by a bad HDMI cable. It can also be an HDMI port on the TV that's bad. And, it could be the Roku device that's bad.

Try connecting to a different HDMI port on your TV.

Try a different HDMI cable.

Try a different TV.

These things are just special purpose computers, and just like their big brothers, sometimes operational problems cans be solved by a system restart.

From the Roku home screen use menu path Settings > System > System restart. (On a Roku TV the menu path is Settings > System > Power > System restart.)

If the problem you're having doesn't let you control the Roku via the remote, you can restart by pulling the power plug for 30 seconds or so then plugging back in.
