Brand new. Finished setup, then it shut down! Now will not power up, and stick gets very hot within 2 minutes of plugging it in. I’m using wall outlet. Not USB on television. Help!?!! Not extremely technically smart.
The devices run a bit warm, but if it is actually hot, may just be a defective device or power supply. (Especially if it is remaining hot and won't turn on.)
Either return it to the place of purchase or return to Roku under warranty. (https://support.roku.com/article/208757058)
