Solving playback issues

I have a new Roku Express that keeps turning off and resetting randomly. I’ve checked the power, plugged in to the TV and then tried the wall, used different TVs, checked the cords and cables, and I’m not sure what is going on. 
I’m trying to watch YouTube on it and each time I push a button, to say, fast forward it also resets the Roku. It’s starting to get pretty annoying.

Can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
