Black screen with audiobooks a RCA 70” 4K tv please help
Have a 70” RCA 4K roku it has a black screen with audio I’ve tried the code the Unplugging all the little quick fixes but still no video this tv is not a year old didn’t want to try the reset due to losing apps tht are installed tht will have to pay for if lose them and reinstall

Go ahead and do the Factory Reset - all your apps will be auto reinstalled though you will have to re-login/re-activate them (apps are account associated)
If the Factory Reset doesnt address the issue, contact RCA since its within warranty:
