Your Roku TV may have updated to OS11 (or the most recent build from an earlier build), and that may be the source of the issue.
You say you "reset everything", but its not clear what that specifically includes.
When reinstalling an app, it MUST be done in the following order:
1) Remove app
2) RESTART Roku <-- Must be done here
3) Reinstall app
Otherwise:
1) Restart Roku TV: Settings/System/Power/System restart/Restart - try again
2) While streaming anything, pull the AC power cord for 3-5 minutes - try again
