How do I turn off the automated voice that comes on and activates every time I change channels on Roku app?

1) Turn off the Audio Guide:  Settings/Accessibility/Audio Guide=off

2) Disable the shortcut:  Settings/Accessibility/Shortcut=Disabled.

Be careful when using the Options (*) during playback, as you can re-enable (or disable) the Audio Guide from there too.
