I noticed on my Roku Streaming Stick+ model 3810 that when I'm in the Netflix app and watching a movie and I close down the app using the Home button on my remote that the audio becomes disabled. Even when using the up, down, left, right, button to navigate, I don't even hear the beeps. And of course, going into any app, the audio does not work. I either have to go back into the Netflix app and use the Exit feature or shut down my TV and restart it again. Wondering if anyone else has come across this and whether there's a fix somewhere. Thanks.
Just retried, exiting an NCIS episode via the Home button while it was running. Didn't affect audio elsewhere. Retried with movie instead of a TV show, in case that makes a difference, and still didn't lose audio elsewhere.
One thought. I'm not connected to an external audio system and just have my Roku Audio set to Auto(stereo).
For whatever it's worth...
On my 3810 I just checked and I can exit Netflix via the Roku Home button without seeing that effect
Netflix version 5.0 build 98079422
Roku version 10.5.0 build 4201-50
@makaiguy , I just checked again. I should have been clearer. When you close down Netflix using the Home button while a movie is playing, then you lose the audio. I'll update the topic description. Thanks.

@makaiguy , that did the trick. I changed the audio setting from Auto (DD+) to Stereo and no longer have the issue. Thanks again.
