Different model Roku devices label the volume modes differently. But in all cases you press the * button while you're in play mode, and there you should find whatever your particular model Roku offers. But as I mentioned, you have to be playing something for those options to be available. And it's entirely possible that the channel you are using might override the * button functions. I just tested it using Roku Media Player, and they were there.
