I purchased the 55R635 and connected it to an Onn Roku Soundbar. Regardless of the app being used, including live tv, I get occasional audio distortion. I swapped the HDMI cable from my other Onn Soundbar which didn’t solve the issue, so I returned my Soundbar and tried a new one, same issue. I determined it was the HDMI/ARC port so I returned the tv and got a new one…connected everything, same issue. How do I fix this without buying yet another TV? I love the TCL Roku TVs!
