Audio Goes out after videos begin

Every time I start my Roku it has sound. But when I go to Youtube TV or Plex or Netflix or any app and click on a video to play it, as soon as the video plays, the sounds goes out. I checked all of the recommendations on Roku and am still having trouble with it. Would love some help. Also, sound is not delayed. I tried leaving it on for 5 minutes with no success if that gives any insight.

Can you please provide more specific information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? Do you have any external audio devices connected in your home setup? Is your Roku connected directly into your TV?

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting your Roku device to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
